Ordering software that works for the restaurant, not around it

Tuckly exists because of a pattern we kept seeing: a restaurant builds a following over years, and then pays a percentage of every order from those same customers to a marketplace that holds their phone numbers. The reach marketplaces offer is real. So is the cost. We think a restaurant should have a channel of its own alongside them, one where the economics and the customer relationship both belong to the restaurant.

What we build

An online food ordering system: an ordering website under the restaurant's own name, a menu builder the kitchen can update during service, an order screen for the people working the pass, and fulfilment that fits how the restaurant actually operates: your own riders, or pickup. Dine-in guests can order from a QR code at the table. Compatible POS systems can be connected, and we say on each integration page exactly what is supported and what is not.

How we charge

A subscription for the software and no commission on orders placed through the restaurant's site. Payment gateway fees, delivery costs and taxes are separate and go to the people providing those services. The pricing page lists every cost line.

What we don't do

We do not run a marketplace, sell advertising placements to restaurants, or take a percentage of orders. We do not claim an integration is live because a vendor has an API, and we do not publish customer numbers or testimonials we cannot stand behind. If a page on this site says a feature is pending validation, that is because it is.

India through tuckly.in, everywhere else through tuckly.co. The market pages cover local terminology, payment and delivery for India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. Porter delivery is available only in the cities Porter serves.
