Online ordering for every kind of food business

One page per kind of food business: what Tuckly supports today and what to ask us about first.

Online Ordering for Cloud Kitchens A cloud kitchen has no shopfront, no walk-ins and no dining room. Marketplaces are how people find you, and that will not change on day one. What can change is where the second order goes. Tuckly gives you an online ordering system of your own to point repeat customers at, with delivery through Porter where it operates or through your own riders. Read the page
Online Ordering for Catering Businesses Most catering enquiries start the same way: a message asking what you can do for sixty people on Friday, followed by a back-and-forth about veg counts, trays versus boxes, the delivery floor and who is paying. Tuckly's online ordering system gives you a catering menu people can order from directly, with the details captured up front, paid online, and with no commission taken on the order. Read the page
Online Ordering for Bakeries A bakery does not have a menu so much as a stock count that falls through the morning. Tuckly's online ordering system lets you list what you baked, switch an item off the moment the tray is empty, and take collection orders with notes for cakes, on a website of your own. Read the page
Online Ordering for Burger Restaurants Burger orders are fast, modified and often late. 'No pickles, add bacon, swap the fries for onion rings' has to land on the ticket exactly, at 11.40pm, while the counter is three deep. Tuckly's restaurant ordering system puts those orders on your own site, with add-ons that price correctly and notes the grill can read, and takes no commission on them. Read the page
Online Ordering for Cafés A café sells a lot of small orders. On a marketplace, a percentage comes off each one before you have paid for the milk and the cup. Tuckly gives your café an online ordering system of its own: pre-orders for the 8am queue, modifiers that price correctly, and QR ordering for the people who stay. Read the page
Online Ordering for Fast Food Restaurants Fast food lives on throughput. Twelve orders a minute at the counter, a delivery bag that has to leave within eight minutes of being packed, and a menu where most people order one of the same three combos. Tuckly's online ordering system is set up for that pace: a short ordering flow, an order screen the pass can read at a glance, and a pickup queue that keeps phone orders off the counter staff. Online Ordering for Food Trucks A truck's biggest constraint is the serving window. Forty minutes of lunch trade, one hatch, and a queue that gives up when it looks too long. Tuckly's online ordering system lets people order from their phone before they reach the hatch, shows where you are parked today, and takes no commission on anything sold through your own ordering page. Online Ordering for Ice Cream Shops Ice cream does not forgive a slow delivery. A tub that spends thirty-five minutes in a rider's bag arrives as soup, and the review that follows is about you, not the rider. Tuckly's online ordering system lets you set a tight delivery area, sell the formats that travel, and keep the counter moving with a QR code for people who are happy to wait on the bench outside. Online Ordering for Juice Shops and Smoothie Bars A cold-pressed juice does not leave much room. Take a marketplace commission off the top, then the bottle, then the fruit that was already expensive this week, and the order barely paid for the cup. Tuckly gives your juice bar an online ordering system of its own, with add-ons for the protein scoop and the extra ginger, and no commission on what sells through it. Read the page
Online Ordering for Pizza Shops Pizza is the most customised dish on any menu and the most delivered. Tuckly's online ordering system handles sizes as variants, toppings as priced add-ons and delivery charges you set per area, so a large pepperoni with extra cheese comes out right on the ticket and right on the bill, and the order came through a page with your name on it. Online Ordering for Restaurant Chains Commission compounds. A rate that is tolerable on one site becomes the largest line on the group P&L once it is multiplied by twelve. Tuckly's online ordering system lets each of your locations run its own branded ordering site today, with its own hours, delivery area and POS status. Central management of shared menus and group reporting is something to talk to us about before you plan around it, and this page says exactly where that line sits. Read the page
Online Ordering for Restaurants, Every Order Type A restaurant on a Saturday night is three businesses sharing one pass. Tuckly puts the table orders, the delivery orders and the bags waiting at the counter on one screen, fed by one menu, in an online ordering system that carries your name rather than a marketplace's. Online Ordering for Coffee Shops Specialty coffee has a customisation problem and a retail opportunity, and most ordering apps handle neither well. Tuckly's online ordering system lets a coffee shop take order-ahead drinks with the right milk, dose and temperature, and sell 250g bags of beans from the same page, without paying a platform commission on either. In-Room Dining and Hotel QR Ordering The guest in 412 wants a club sandwich at 11:20pm and would rather not call anyone. The family by the pool wants four drinks and does not want to leave the loungers. Tuckly's online ordering system turns a QR code in the room, on the pool table or in the lobby into your hotel's own menu, paid online by the guest. It does not post to the room bill, and this page is clear about that from the start. Read the page
