Integration questions

Why is almost nothing marked "Available"?

Because most restaurant POS vendors grant write access only through partner programmes with approval and certification steps, and we will not mark an integration live until it has run in a real restaurant. The status on each page is the status; it is not a sales device.

My POS is not listed. Can it still work?

Possibly. Tell us which system you use and how you take orders today. If the vendor offers a documented API or a partner programme we can scope it; if not, Tuckly still works as a standalone ordering channel with orders handled on the order screen.

What does a POS ordering system integration actually do?

Typically one or more of: pushing direct orders into the POS so they print and report like any other order, pulling the menu from the POS so prices stay in sync, and passing item availability or order status between the two. Each page lists which of these is in scope.

Do marketplace orders from Uber Eats or DoorDash come into Tuckly?

Not today. Marketplace order ingestion is a different thing from POS integration and usually happens through the POS or middleware. The Zomato and Swiggy pages explain how restaurants run both channels side by side.
