This website is operated by Tuckly ("we", "us"). You can contact us at hello@tuckly.co.
What we collect and why
Forms
When you use the get started, demo or contact forms we collect the details you enter: your name, business email, restaurant name, country, number of locations, current POS, what you want to offer, and any message. We use them to reply to you and, if you ask, to set up an account. We do not sell these details or add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Analytics
This website does not currently run third-party analytics. If that changes, this section will be updated before any analytics script is added.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, requested page, browser type, timestamp) for security and reliability. These are kept for a limited period and are not combined with form submissions.
Free tools
The calculators and QR code generator on this site run entirely in your browser. The numbers and links you enter are not sent to us.
Sharing
We share form submissions only with service providers that help us run this site and respond to enquiries (for example email and form-handling providers), under agreements that restrict their use of the data. We do not share your details with marketplaces, POS vendors or delivery companies.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a customer, for the duration of our relationship. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing. Email hello@tuckly.co and we will respond within the period required by the applicable law.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
